The desire to continue to learn, develop and grow is an important core value and precondition for our organisation. A core value, because the curiosity and personal growth of our specialists is the foundation of our organisation and our cooperation with clients. At the same time, continuous development is an important precondition in order to guarantee the security, privacy and compliance of our IT solutions. There are many new laws and regulations and the security risks are increasing unabated.

This too, is why in 2023, we selected new tools and turned on security measures – including vulnerability management – by default. A tool is not an end in itself, but an important tool in the processes, which we continuously evaluate and optimise. In the context of ‘never settle’, we are happy to enter the conversation again in 2024, about what drives your business and where we can strengthen each other.

If we look a little further, 2023 also shows that contrasts are growing. In the world, within countries and among each other. That is why it is important that we keep an eye on each other and ensure that everyone has a chance to develop. This is not possible when basic facilities such as shelter, clean drinking water and education are lacking.

Water for life is an organisation dedicated to providing clean drinking water and toilets for people in low-income countries. On behalf of our customers, our partners and employees, we will make a donation to Water for life this year, to contribute to the opportunities and possibilities of those who have a harder time. Specifically, the children. They are our future and, like us, deserve a chance to learn, develop and grow.
