We are extremely proud to have extended several long-term relationships this year. This achievement demonstrates that successful collaborations require time to develop and grow. This is also evident in the transition many clients made this past year from IT Solutions to Managed IT Solutions. While partly driven by a tight labor market, it is most often the logical next step in a successful collaboration, where we are entrusted with managing IT infrastructure and critical business applications. Furthermore, we have taken several significant steps toward “One Team One Company,” which is one of our key strategic projects for the coming year.
Trust is also reflected in the high levels of customer satisfaction, where personal contact and short communication lines across multiple levels are the most appreciated aspects. At the same time, the 2024 satisfaction survey also highlights opportunities for improvement. This aligns with our vision that everything can always be improved, and we are never done learning, developing, and growing together (continuously striving for the proverbial “9+”).
The reality, however, is that when we look beyond our immediate environment, not everyone has the opportunities to learn, develop, and grow. In many parts of the world, unrest persists, and our thoughts are with those – especially children – who face hardship. This is why we dedicate attention each year to a charitable cause. This year, we are supporting CARE, an organization that helps people in the most challenging places worldwide to build a better future. CARE fights poverty and provides new opportunities for the next generation to develop. Everyone matters, and therefore, we are proud to contribute to CARE’s mission this year.
We are deeply grateful for all the knowledge, experiences, commitment, and trust over the past year. We look forward to 2025 and wish everyone a healthy, happy, and prosperous new year!
