Black & Blue BBQ’s passion is inspiring and infectious. In a beautiful shop (with fire plate), they shared their knowledge and expertise with us on all aspects of real barbecuing. About being patient, different cooking techniques and the right ingredients. True professionals with love for their profession. And they also formed an expert jury in our burger competition.
