Pooling our strengths in a virtual team

With so many new technologies and applications emerging, traditional IT roles are becoming increasingly specialised and mutually distinct. As a result, it's common for a single IT team member to be the only person within an organisation who has certain important knowledge. As well as representing a single point of failure, that situation limits the capacity of the team as a whole. We are therefore firm believers in the value of a virtual team, in which your specialists and ours pool their strengths. A virtual team serves as a vehicle for sharing knowledge, running joint projects and following a shared roadmap to success.

Going further and faster together

An old saying suggests that on your own you go faster, but together you go further. That doesn’t hold true for new IT projects, however. The reality is that daily operational workloads are often so heavy that many new projects struggle to get off the ground, or depend on a single team member. Collaborating in a virtual team makes it possible to spread the workload more efficiently, while also safeguarding knowledge through sharing. With the right governance, good documentation and a shared roadmap, we can go both faster and further.

1 + 1 = 3

We believe in the power of collaboration and knowledge-sharing. As well as working on the basis of sophisticated strategic, tactical and operational governance, we therefore make use of virtual teams. Our motto is that one plus one makes three. Pooling knowledge, experience and expertise is the best way to optimise IT processes, realise objectives and increase capabilities. With a virtual team, you can add unique knowledge and resources to your organisation, without the need to compete for scarce talent on the labour market.

Fully bespoke and well-organised

Your business context is always decisive, within a virtual team as in other fields. A virtual team is a vehicle not for secondment, but for collaboration with experts and specialists who are already familiar with your business’s context and requirements. We work systematically, on the basis of tight task management, a shared roadmap, fixed stand-ups and a robust documentation culture. So that you have more scope to focus on running your business, realising your potential and making full use of the opportunities open to you.
